2. Developer Rights & Technical Policies Add Point

1. Technical Focus: The Developer provides technical services only. The agreement is strictly with the Middleman. The Developer will not manage or promote the business operations.
2. Fixed Fee: Projects are billed on a fixed development fee basis. The Developer is not involved in any revenue-sharing or commission models.
3. Non-Interference Assurance: Upon full payment, the Developer guarantees that the system will not be restricted or tampered with.
4. Support Warranty: A 10-day technical support period is included for bug fixes. External hacking or server outages are excluded.

3. Liability, Security & Indemnity Add Point

1. Business Responsibility: The Middleman is fully responsible for all business models, products, and services.
2. Legal Protection: The Middleman agrees to provide the Developer with full legal protection and indemnity for all activities performed on the platform.
3. Misuse & Fraud: Any illegal use, fraud, or misuse of the platform is the sole responsibility of the Middleman.
4. Legal Costs: All legal expenses, fines, or damages arising from government inquiries shall be borne by the Middleman.

4. Non-Payment Rights & Enforcement Add Point

1. Suspension Rights: If payment is not received, the Developer reserves the right to pause the project or place the website on maintenance mode.
2. Securing Payment: If non-payment exceeds 15 days, the Developer may modify the platform to secure payment or pursues recovery through legal channels.
3. Jurisdiction: This entire agreement is governed by the Laws of Pakistan.
